  1. Amazing nicotiana

    By Sini Marttonen 02-07-2012

This nicotiana variety proved out to be EXTREMELY hardy. Several plants overwintered here in FInland! Yes, the plants really survived the winter and didn't just provide new seedlings (which they did in huge numbers). Temperatures here in last winter went as low as -25 degrees celsius. The plants where covered by 1m of snow though, but still it's in my oppinion very impressing! Furthermore these nicotianas flowered all summer (until october) and where really beautiful. I will most definately grow these every summer from now on (I think I won't have to grow many new plants though) ;)

  2. Fragrantly wonderful

    By Pamela Martin 20-08-2011

Nicotiana's are one of my favourites, I haven't sown any this year and have missed them immensely. They are very fragrant night and morning and people often comment passing by on their wonderful aroma. I have tried a few varieties, and I do like the tall ones as a matter of personal preference, as I think the aroma carries more.
