Pot up wallflower plants using free-draining compost, and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outside. When plants are well grown, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting outdoors on free draining soil in full sun. Erysimum plants are tolerant of most neutral or alkaline soils and will even cope well on very poor soils.
Feed and water plants until they are fully established. Trim back Wallflower 'Sugar Rush' in late autumn or early winter after flowering has finished, to prevent them from becoming leggy.

Thank you T&M for the advice to pot these up on autumn for the coming spring. What wonderful little plants and well worth getting early for a grand display. Bright colours which have been admired by many. I think a lot more are going to be customers of yours and will certainly be buying these. Something very different for your spring garden. Not forgetting the gorgeous scent!
