Pot up rudbeckia plants and grow them on in frost free conditions for transplanting outdoors later on. When plants are well-grown and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days, before planting them outdoors in sun or partial shade. Rudbeckia enjoys a fertile, preferably heavy soil that is rich in organic matter and well drained. Coneflowers resent drought and dislike soils that dry out in summer.
Feed and water rudbeckia plants regularly. Deadhead faded rudbeckia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes etc are delivered at the appropriate time for planting and will be stated on the product page or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
Orders for packets of seed incur a P&P charge of £1.95.
Orders which include any other products will incur a P&P charge of £4.95.
Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products a maximum P&P charge of £6.90 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.

More poor quality

adore these plants. Last year ordered 24 22 survived. This year ordered 24 only 2 survived they arrived black probably due to frost in transit (so why send them early?) but T&M gave me a refund so I ordered them again. Out of 48 ordered I have 16 plants. So while I really like these I will not order again. I sent an e-mail marked for quality controls attention complaining about this years poor quality but never had a reply. I am having to order more than required to cover for failures or look at another supplier. £1400+ spent over the past few years with T&M but the quality is sadly going downhill.

Only 3 plants survived !

Yet again sub standard packaging from this company means I have only 3 live plants and just been told there is no further stock.
This is the third time this has happened to me. Clearly, I haven't learnt!
Buy from their competitors, their packaging is far superior.
