Aralia elata 'Variegata' (Large Plant)

Angelica Tree

Hardy Shrub

Grown for its striking variegated foliage, Aralia elata 'Variegata' is a rare Japanese shrub or small tree with very large pinnate foliage splashed with white margins and paler undersides. Large panicles of small white flowers form in late summer and early autumn. The RHS has given this impressive deciduous shrub an Award of Garden Merit, and we couldn't agree more with their decision. Height: 12m (39'). Spread: 8m (26').
