Plant bareroot roses at the earliest opportunity following delivery. To avoid the risk from the build-up of harmful soil organisms and disease, choose an open position in full sun that has not been planted with roses in recent years. Roses enjoy a rich, fertile, well drained soil. Dig in plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting roses and add a small handful of granular fertiliser to the planting hole.
Feed and water rose plants regularly and deadhead faded flowers. When growing roses it is necessary to remove any suckers that arise from the base of the plant, below the graft union. In winter, begin pruning floribunda roses by removing dead and diseased wood, and any rubbing or damaged branches. Then reduce the stems to 20cm (10") above ground level. Side shoots should be reduced to two buds. Apply a mulch of well rotted manure or compost to the base of the plant after pruning.

Wrong plants sent
By Kate Vause 07-06-2016
I received 2 bare rooted plants last November, both of which grew well this Spring. However, neither of the plants was 'For Your Eyes Only' but turned out to be 'Blue for You'. I was extremely disappointed with the plants, mainly because this is the second year running that I have had the wrong plants sent by Thompson and Morgan. This has now been resolved with a refund.

This nearly looks like Hibiscus but it is simply stunning. Planted it in a pot and absolutely delighted with it and all who see it remark on its beauty.
