Facebook '12 days of Christmas' Giveaway

How to enter:

Each day we'll offer a prize linked to the '12 days of Christmas'. To be in with a chance of winning, simply 'like and share' the offer posts before the closing date.

11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 5th January 2014.

Full Terms and Conditions

The Facebook '12 days of Christmas' Prize Draw will be running from 09.00am (GMT) on Wednesday 25th December 2013 until 11:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 5th January 2014. The relevant Facebook posts must be liked and shared via the Thompson & Morgan (T&M;) Facebook page before the closing time detailed above to be included in the prize draw. One winner of each prize will be drawn at random by the eCommerce Manager under the independent supervision of a Director and will receive the prize as stated on the relevant Facebook post.

There will be no cash alternative available. Thompson & Morgan UK accepts no responsibility/liability for any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur on collecting, processing and transmission of data. In the event that data entered for the draw becomes corrupted, this data will be excluded from the prize draw. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

The winners will be notified by 5:00pm (GMT) on Wednesday 8th January 2013 on the T&M; Facebook wall and the winning prize will be sent directly to the winners. Once notified the winners must contact the T&M; Facebook page administrator by email with their full name and address details to claim their prizes by 11.59pm (GMT) on Friday 31st January 2014. By entering this competition, the winners agree for their names and towns to be featured in any promotional materials from Thompson & Morgan and relating to this competition.

The name and county of the prize winner and runners up will be available following receipt of an appropriately worded letter addressed and sent to Web Team, Thompson & Morgan UK, Poplar lane, Ipswich, Suffolk IP8 3BU, enclosing a stamp addressed envelope. Thompson & Morgan UK reserve the right not to respond to such requests if received more than ninety (90) days after the winner is chosen. The winning prize will be despatched by the end of August 2014.
