Organically grown perennial plant. We do not use herbicides or pesticides on our plants which makes them ideal for animal sensory gardens, and wildlife gardens. This animal friendly plant is a great addition to a garden herb area though may be best kept in a movable pot as cats may chew and roll on the plant. We specialise in growing plants for self-selection by animals (zoopharmacognosy) whereby your companion animal makes use of the plant's medicinal properties for their health and well-being. Some benefits may include: * stomach calming properties when ingested * mild sedative effect which may be beneficial for stress and nervousness. Catnip can induce a euphoric state in around 70% of cats. The leaves can be picked off and offered, or can be dried to produce the traditional catnip product.
