• Onion ‘Red Baron’ 250g - A mid-late maturing variety, Onion 'Red Baron' produces firm, flattish-round bulbs of a beautiful dark red colour. With eye-catching red rimmed flesh and a stronger flavour than most varieties, this RHS AGM variety makes an attractive addition to salads. An excellent cropper with good storage potential. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 15cm (6").
• Garlic ‘Germidour’ (Spring/Autumn Planting) 2 Bulbs - Well-known and reliable, Garlic 'Germidour' comes from French production that is well adapted to British conditions. This softneck variety produces large, white bulbs with a mild but still rich flavour. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 15cm (6").
• Onion ‘Garnet’ (Spring planting) 250g - Originally introduced by T&M, Onion 'Garnet' is now a commercially established variety. Slightly earlier to mature than ‘Red Baron’ from mid July onwards. This variety has been heat treated to reduce bolting risk on planting, which occurs particularly in red varieties. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 15cm (6").
• Onion ‘Jet Set’ F1 Organic (Spring Planting) 250g - Maturing faster than most other varieties, ‘Jet Set’ is resistant to bolting and produces uniform, yellow-skinned, round onions. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 15cm (6").
• Onion ‘Setton’ (Spring Planting) 250g - An improvement on the popular traditional variety 'Sturon' with a more uniform shape, higher yields and better storage potential. This RHS Award of Garden Merit holder also has good skin quality and an excellent flavour. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 15cm (6").
• Shallot ‘Red Sun’ Organic 400g - Gaining in popularity due to its attractive red tinged skin, Shallot 'Red Sun' is arguably the best of the red shallots. Producing good yields of crisp, white fleshed bulbs of excellent flavour for cooking, salads or for pickling. Bulbs have long storage potential. Height: 35cm (14"). Spread: 15cm (6").
