Description

This cheery little unicorn is guaranteed to raise a smile! With a shimmering golden horn and a rainbow tail he’s a colourful character, measuring 8cm diameter and 8cm high (to the top of the planter). His spiky, punk hairdo is a Sanseviera 'Fernwood' plant, with its upright, pointed stems.

Sanseviera 'Fernwood' is low maintenance and easy to grow. It won’t mind if you forget to water it from time to time! Like all succulents it will be happy on a bright windowsill, where your unicorn can really show off his rainbow colours!

Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.

How to Grow
Sansevieria is an adaptable plant, growing happily in average room temperatures of 15C (60F) - 24C (75F). It prefers a brightly lit position with some sun and some shade througout the day, however it will tolerate full sun or shade if necessary. Sansevieria even copes well with cold draughts, making it suitable for a well used entrance hall.
More Info
Sansevieria is a succulent, storing water in its foliage. Too much water can cause the plant to rot, so it is advisable to allow the soil to dry out somewhat between watering. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth.
