Description
Thyme ‘Doone Valley’ is a subtly lemon scented thyme with dark green foliage with splashes of yellow. It even produces little lavender pink blooms in the summer. This variety of thyme is a must have for the herb garden. It is popular for roasts, stews, sauces, and marinades. Plant up in a position where it can get full sun in soil which is well-drained. It is ideal for pots, borders, or beds. Height 10cm (4”) and spread 50cm (20”).

How to Grow
Plant thyme outdoors within easy reach of the kitchen. Choose a position in neutral to alkaline, well drained soil, in full sun.
More Info
Feed and water herb plants regularly until they are fully established. Once established, thyme is reasonably drought tolerant and requires little attention. After flowering, cut back thyme plants to maintain compact bushy growth.
