Hold the packet with funnel pointing upwards. Cut the funnel along one of the lines according to the size of the seeds.
Sow early spring to early summer outdoors where they are to flower. Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine tilth before sowing, but do not exclude light, which is beneficial to germination. Sow 6mm (0.25in) deep in rows 30cm (12in) apart.
When large enough to handle thin out to 8cm (3in) apart. They prefer a sunny open site but will grow in most sites and soils.
Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £1.95.
Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £4.95.
Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £6.90 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.
Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.
