Smooth and Creamy flavour 2011-01-28
I grew one of these down the allotment last year. I got 4 very large squash from one plant, but you had to keep checking the young fruit developing behind the flowers as they would start to rot quite quickly. Amazing looking things, harvested end of Oct, just eating now at the end of Jan. Made a vat of soup from just one squash and it had a smooth, creamy sort of taste. Will be making room for another plant this year, along with Harrier Squash and Potimarron as they're more prolific.
