Description
This versatile little alpine is makes a durable and long lasting gap filler for rockeries. The low, spreading stems of this hardy perennial form neat mounds of tiny grey-green foliage which shows off the tubular blooms to perfection. Scutellaria suffrutescens 'Texas Rose' is an endearing choice for its deep pink colouring. Flowering from July, and sporadically into Autumn, the Mexican Skullcap is one of those plants that simply gets on with it, demanding very little care. Superb for growing in alpine gardens, edging pathways, or planting through gaps in paving. Height: 20cm (8"). Spread: 35cm (14").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
