Description
Salvia 'Purple and Bloom' is a stunning perennial with almost black coloured stems, which display the rich purple flowers over the contrastingly bright green foliage. Due to the dark colours, it offers a dramatic aesthetic and really stands out. It is a more compact variety making it a bushy but eye-catching specimen, ideal in the middle of borders or potted in a patio container. Height and spread 122cm (48”).

1 x 2 litre potted salvia plant (KB9888)
3 salvia jumbo plug plants (KC0993)
6 salvia jumbo plug plants (KC0994)

How to Grow
Salvia plants prefer a moist, but well-drained soil in full sun, although once established they can also be very drought resistant.
More Info
Water regularly until salvia plants are fully established. Deadhead faded flowers throughout the summer to encourage more blooms to be produced.
