If they all flowered as the picture on the packet then I would be highly satisfied BUT they are so,so,so much better than that.Breathtaking variability of golds and browns with, so many eye catching petal shapes and colours. Easy to grow, strong, disease free plants making for a densely packed, riot of vibrant border colours. I placed them in a deep border with large marigolds at the back and french marigolds at the front. It was stunning. Everyone who saw them was overwhelmed and wanted to know where to get the rudbeckia seed . Well done your seed people. This is the perhaps the most satisfying of sowings ever, and believe me, over the years there have been many.

Very easy to grow from seed - plant closely in large pots so they can be placed around the garden for strategic early Autumn colour when the rest of the garden is beginning to fade. Also lovely for cutting for indoor flowers which last and last in water. My favourite most vibrant autumn flowers.

Fabulous! 2011-04-09

These are flowering now (Late August to Sept) From seed which is very easy to do! The colours are beautifully autumnal growing well in borders and pots. Look great againt a dark brown fence or natual greenery. A lot of visitors have commented on these little beauties! Highly recommend!
