A delightful double form of our native Meadow Buttercup but less vigorous, with a more refined habit. Ranunculus acris 'Flore Pleno' bears a profusion of tightly double, rosette-like flowers, reminiscent of small yellow buttons. The leafless flower stems rise above loose clumps of palmate foliage in summer. The Meadow Buttercup is a superb plant for adding a splash of instant sunshine to damp borders, bogs gardens and the edges of ponds. This variety holds a coveted RHS AGM. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 45cm (18"). Planting depth: Zones 1 & 2 to 10cm (4") below water level.

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
