Flowering Months

An evergreen, perennial variety of Cinquefoil, Potentilla tridentata 'Nuuk' has glossy dark green leaves which may turn a red/wine colour during the winter month. Late spring and early summer sees the opening of pure white flowers all over this lovely plant, which really stand out against the darker foliage. Suitable as a groundcover plant in a low maintenance area of your garden, or in alpine and rock gardens too. Height: 30cm (12"). Spread: 60cm (24").

How to Grow

Grow potentilla in any moderately fertile, well drained soil in full sun.

Feed and water regularly until young potentilla plants are fully established. Shrubby Potentilla plants should be pruned after flowering. Remove any damaged or dead stems before cutting back the flowered stems to within 2.5cm (1") of the previous year’s growth.
