Description
Pinus nigra 'Pierrick Brégeon' was bred from a controlled cross of Pinus nigra and Pinus densiflora, resulting in a more flattened-spherical shaped, dense, compact shrub with long, soft, rich green needles. This resilient dwarf Pine would be an excellent choice for the rockery, or as a container plant for even the smallest garden. Tough and resilient, it will withstand dry conditions and exposed locations once established. An excellent, compact specimen plant for bringing year round colour and structure to your planting schemes. Height: 1m (3'). Spread: 1.2m (4').

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

How to Grow
Grow Pines in any well-drained soil in full sun. Most Pines will tolerate dry conditions and exposed locations once established. Alternatively grow smaller species in large containers, using a good soil-based compost mix.
More Info
Once established, Pines require no pruning or maintenance.

Thompson & Morgan strives to ensure that all its plants are delivered to you in the perfect condition for planting. While the majority of our nursery plants cope well with slight delays in intransit, sadly, the time it takes to deliver to certain locations in the UK means that we can't guarantee this for some of our smaller plug products and tender bedding and vegetable lines, which do not respond well to the extra journey time. So regretfully while we offer the majority of our live plant offering nationwide, we are unable to ship plugs, begging plants and tender vegetable plants to the following areas: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR24, ZE1-ZE3
