Passion flowers are vigorous but tender evergreen climbers grown for their uniquely elaborate and showy blooms. Offset by deep green, three-lobed leaves, the exotic flowers of Passiflora 'Lavender Lady' are an unusual and striking shade of pale purple, with vivid blue-purple filaments surrounding a protruding lime green central structure. The breathtaking summer blooms are followed by egg-sized orange fruits that provide colour and interest well into autumn. The winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit, this subtropical climber makes a gorgeous addition to a warm, sheltered wall or trellis, or a conservatory.
