Description
The Mint, Jessica’s Sweet Pear is a popular mint variety. It is a vigorous and upright specimen but doesn’t grow as invasively as a lot of others do. It is a wonderful addition to a bee conscious garden too as it will attract plenty of them as well as other pollinators such as butterflies. A wonderful herb to have in the garden as it is so versatile when it comes to is culinary uses. Ideal for tea, jellies, sauces, garnishes and much more. Height 60cm (24”) and spread 45cm (18”).

How to Grow
Grow mint on any well drained soil in full sun or partial shade at a distance of 30cm (12") apart. Alternatively grow mint in containers to control its vigorous growth.

Once established mint requires little aftercare. Harvest mint leaves before the flowers develop and use them fresh, dried or frozen. Cut back the old stems in autumn and repot container-grown plants annually in spring.
