Description
These compact French Marigolds are some of the best for filling beds with sunshine shades throughout the summer months. Neatly compact, uniform plants produce masses of large double anemone-like blooms in a bright mix of gold, orange and mahogany. With a bushy, basal-branching habit, Marigold 'Durango' will continue for months on end if deadheaded regularly, attracting plenty of pollinating insects to the garden. This early flowering mix comprises Marigold 'Durango Bee' F1, 'Durango Bolero' F1 and 'Durango Tangerine' F1. Height and spread: 25cm (10").

3 packets - 1 of each variety (110 marigold seeds in total) (KB6934)

Sowing
Sow in spring at 21 -24C (70-75F) in a good seed compost. Just cover the seed with compost and keep the soil damp but not wet. Germination usually takes 5-14 days.

When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow in cooler conditions. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost 18in apart in a sunny spot.
