Sowing
Sow April to May. Sow outdoors where they are to flower. Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine tilth before sowing. Sow 3mm (1/8 inch) deep, in rows 30cm (12 inches) apart. For spring/summer flowering pot plants sow in a cool greenhouse or conservatory in late summer/early autumn. Grow on cool in full light and water sparingly.

When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 15cm (6 inches) apart.

Delivery

Seeds and garden supplies will normally be delivered within the time period stated against each product as detailed above. Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Delivery times will be stated on the product page above, or in your order acknowledgement page and email.
