Description
Shocking red blooms bring a real flavour of the tropics to your home. Hibiscus ‘Afrodite Red’ boasts large flowers throughout the summer months against a backdrop of glossy green foliage. This exotic shrubby house plant loves a bright warm location making it ideal for a sunny windowsill or conservatory. Height: 200cm (78"). Spread: 150cm (59").

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.

Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.

1 x 13cm potted hibiscus plant (KA8090)

How to Grow
Position Hibiscus on a bright windowsill away from cold draughts and radiators, with a temperature of between 16C (60F) and 24C (75F). Hibiscus needs as much bright light as possible, but avoiding the direct glare of full sun.
More Info
Water Hibiscus frequently to maintain evenly moist compost. House plants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth.
