Heucherella 'Stoplight' boasts large, maple-like leaves that open bright yellow in spring before maturing to bright lime green, flushed with contrasting maroon around the veins. Forming a compact low mound, this showstopping semi-evergreen perennial is ideal for mixed containers, the front of borders or brightening up shady spots such as under trees. From early summer the display is enhanced by airy stems of dainty, starry cream flowers rising above the foliage. Plant in a group alongside other contrasting Heucherellas and Heucheras for a fabulous foliage display! Height: 25cm (10in). Spread: 30cm (12in).

A cross between Heuchera and Tiarella that combines the best features of both, Heucherella are versatile hardy perennials that look fabulous billowing out of hanging baskets, window boxes and patio containers, where the colourful semi-evergreen leaves provide all-year-round interest. Grow them alone for a fountain of foliage, or in mixed baskets to add texture and contrast. Vigorous and easy to grow, Heucherella also make a fantastic groundcover plant for sun or part shade.
