From late spring to late summer the orange-pink nodding flowers of Geum rivale provide a rich food source for bees and hover flies. The dainty blooms are borne in abundance above low growing clumps of lobed green foliage. Commonly known as Water Avens, this hardy perennial is a British native. A delightful herbaceous perennial for moist borders and bog gardens, or planted as a marginal aquatic in the shallow margins of ponds. Height and spread: 60cm (24"). Planting depth: Zones 1 & 2 to 8cm (3") below water level.

Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
