Delicately pale yellow flowers cover this Broom in early summer making it attractive to bees and humans alike. Known for their hardiness, Cytisus 'Luna' is easy to grow in most gardens and will tolerate a position in full sun. Useful as a backdrop in borders or as part of a shrubbery, this variety can also be grown in large containers on the patio. Height: 150cm (59"). Spread 150cm (59").

Plant Broom into garden borders in fertile, well drained garden soil, in full shade Cytisus is a very useful shrub, which can also tolerate poor soils, or planting onto sloping ground.
More Info Broom should be trimmed back during May, after plants have flowered. You can also rejuvenate Broom plants over a 3 year period by pruning out a third of the branches each year, again after flowering.
