The winner of a Fleuroselect Gold Medal, Coreopsis grandiflora ‘Heliot’ is a superb variety with an exceptionally long flowering season. Single daisy-like flowers, which are golden yellow with a brownish-red ring at the centre, are produced on long stalks from June until the first frosts. This reliable hardy perennial boasts a compact, uniform habit, making it ideal for containers as well as borders. Its great drought tolerance also allows this tickseed to thrive in alpine and rock gardens. Coreopsis grandiflora ‘Heliot’ is a true all-rounder that flowers in its very first season after planting and will perform for many years to come. Height: 35-50cm (14-20in). Spread: 30-40cm (12-16in).
