How to Grow
A particularly pretty variety of the Milky Bellflower that deserves a place in every cottage garden border! Campanula lactiflora 'Loddon Anna' forms a clump of tall, branching flower stems. The pale pink blooms are borne in large clusters that create a gentle, billowing feel in borders. This variety is a real classic, associating beautifully with other perennials, and softening rose bed plantings. It will happily seed about to produce loose drifts. Height: 150cm (59"). Spread: 60cm (24").

Grow Campanula lactiflora in any moist, fertile, well drained, non-acidic soil. Campanula will thrive in sun or semi shade, but the dainty bell-flowers will last longer in a slightly shaded position.
More Info Water regularly until Campanula plants are fully established. On exposed sites, support the tall flower stems with garden canes. After flowering, cut back the plants to remove faded Campanula flowers and promote a second flush of blooms. Divide overcrowded clumps in spring or autumn to reduce their spread and maintain vigour.
