Sow seeds on the surface of a good, free draining, damp seed compost and lighlty cover, 3mm (1/8") deep with vermiculite or compost. Place container in a propagator or seal inside a polythene bag at a temperature of 26-28C (79-82F) until after germination which usually takes 10-42 days.

Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle, taking care not to damage the fragile roots, into 7.5cm (3") pots. Pot on into a larger container each time roots fill the pot.

Plants, bulbs, corms, tubers, shrubs, trees, potatoes, etc. are delivered at the appropriate time for planting or potting on. Orders for packets of seed incur a delivery charge of £2.99.

Orders which include any other products will incur a delivery charge of £4.99.

Where an order includes both packets of seeds and other products, a maximum delivery charge of £6.99 will apply - regardless of the number of items ordered.

Large items may incur a higher delivery charge - this will be displayed in your shopping basket.
