With a neat, compact habit this dwarf Aster is perfect for planting through the front of cottage garden borders, in wildlife gardens, rockeries or patio containers. Aster novi-belgii 'Dandy' has a carefree disposition, returning year after year and demanding little maintenance. Height and spread: 30cm (12").

How to Grow

Plant Michaelmas Daisy plants into fertile, moist, well drained soil, and situate them in full sun or semi shade. Add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting.

Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded aster flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
