Incandescent purple-blue flowers with bright golden eyes, cover the slender green foliage in autumn. This vibrant hardy plant brings a welcome splash of colour to herbaceous borders when many perennials are past their best. Aster dumosus 'Samoa' has a floriferous, care-free habit, requiring little maintenance throughout the year. An excellent choice for wildlife gardens where it will attract pollinating insects to its nectar-rich blooms. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 40cm (16").

Plant Daisy plants into fertile, moist, well drained soil, and situate them in full sun or semi shade. Add plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to the soil prior to planting.
More Info Feed and water frequently throughout the summer to ensure an endless supply of flowers. Deadhead faded aster flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced.
