Parsnip ‘Countess’ was specially bred for smooth, white skinned and fleshed roots which retain their colour after washing - perfect for the show bench! The slender wedge-shaped roots of Parsnip ‘Pinnacle’ have smooth, white skins and shallow crowns with plenty of tender, sweet flesh.
