This early variety is ideal for forcing to produce long, slender, pink-tinged stalks. For a deeper, red-coloured stem, leave the stems of Rhubarb 'Champagne' unforced – they will still be just as sweet and delicious! This old variety is particularly reliable and easy to grow. These budded pieces, taken from established crowns will quickly mature, resulting in crowns big enough to harvest from 2 years after planting.

Elephant Garlic is not a true garlic but a stem leek, which produces massive bulbs approximately 10cm (4") in diameter.
