Sage 'Tricolour'(Large Plant)

Salvia officinalis, English Sage

With a multitude of culinary uses, Sage ‘Tricolour’ makes a particularly attractive addition to the herb garden. The colourful variegated foliage, is deeply aromatic, making it equally useful for garnishing dishes and adding a rich flavour to meats and stuffing. Thyme (Large Plant)

Thymus vulgaris

One of the most useful kitchen herbs, this aromatic, evergreen thyme will grow almost anywhere in containers, rock gardens, borders, and even cracks in paving. Ideal for creating low, bushy groundcover that will attract bees to the tiny, pink blooms. Thyme is particularly useful in coastal areas where it copes well with winds and dry conditions.
