Herbs are very easy to grow and are essential ingredients for all types of cooking, as well as injecting life into a salad. Grow them on your windowsill or create a herb garden just outside your kitchen door, so that you can easily pick a few leaves to add to your meals.
Artemisia dracunculus, Artemisia dracunculoides, Mugwort, Sagebrush, Wormwood
Similar to French tarragon, but producing a more vigorous plant. Russian Tarragon produces branching stems of lance-shaped, aromatic foliage can be used for tarragon vinegars, in white sauces and salad dressings, or with chicken, fish and egg dishes. Height: 90cm (36"). Spread: 45cm (18").
