Description

Globe shaped roots with deep yellow flesh. Swede Helenor has a smooth texture and sweet flavour.

Sowing Instructions

Mid May to June, thinly in rich, well prepared soil. Sow seeds 13mm deep in drills 45cm apart.

Growing Instructions

Thin seedlings to 15cm apart. Keep well watered for best quality roots.

Aftercare

Harvesting: Lift as required, or lift and store in nets in the shed or garage.
