Mid May to June, thinly in rich, well prepared soil. Sow seeds 13mm deep in drills 45cm apart.
Thin seedlings to 15cm apart. Keep well watered for best quality roots.
Harvesting: Lift as required, or lift and store in nets in the shed or garage.
