Fresh leaves virtually all year round
Flat Leaved Parsley is an ideal kitchen windowsill herb.
Sow seeds March to July, thinly in a well prepared seedbed in full sun or partial shade, 13mm deep in drills 30cm apart. Seeds can also be sown under glass from August to February for fresh leaves all year round.
Thin out seedlings to 23cm apart.
Keep watered and pick stems regularly for a long season of fresh leaves.
Intense flavour, chop finely and add to green salads.
