Description

Lovage from Duchy Originals is a hardy perennial bushy herb. Height to 2 metres.

Sowing Instructions

Sow seeds March to May, thinly in a well prepared seedbed in full sun or partial shade. Sow seeds 13mm deep in drills 30cm apart.

Growing Instructions

Transplant seedlings to 45cm apart. Keep watered.

Aftercare

The plant dies down during winter.

Kitchen Notes

Leaves and stems taste similar to celery, traditionally used to season soups and stews.
