Dill - Duchy Originals

The Dill from Duchy Originals produces feathery leaves with a slight aniseed flavour. Height to 90cm.

Sow seeds March to July outdoors, directly into well prepared soil in full sun. Sow seeds thinly 13mm deep, in rows 30cm apart.

Thin seedlings to 30cm apart. Plants can quickly run to flower if not kept watered and regular sowings are required for a constant supply.

A perfect companion to fish dishes, the dried seeds can also be used for pickling.
