Virtually all year round
Ideal kitchen windowsill herb. Parsley Green Pearl will produce fresh leaves virtually all year round.
Sowing March to July, thinly in a well prepared seedbed in full sun or partial shade, sow seeds 13mm deep in drills 30cm apart. Seeds can also be sown under glass from August to February for fresh leaves all year round.
Thin out seedlings to 23cm apart. Keep watered and pick stems regularly for a long season of fresh leaves.
Add to soups, stews and sauces, or use as a garnish.
