The oval deep-pink roots with crisp, white inner flesh makes Radish Pink Slipper appealing on its own or it can be grown with other radishes adding a colour contrast.
Sow seeds March to September at regular intervals. Sow seeds thinly, ideally in broad drills, 13mm (½in) deep, in drills 30cm (12in) apart.
Thin seedlings if necessary to avoid overcrowding and poor root development.
Water regularly especially during dry periods to minimise bolting (running to seed).
