The Dill from Duchy Originals produces feathery leaves with a slight aniseed flavour. Height to 90cm.

Dill - Hardy Annual Herb (Antheum graveolens)

Has a flavour all its own in both leaves and seeds. Dill is excellent in sauces, salads, soups etc. Dill leaves can replace parsley, tarragon and mint in sauces.

Dill : Bouquet (Antheum graveolens)

An exquisite dwarf form of this special, architectural plant. However, the charm of the original is not lost, as the ferny foliage is highly attractive and most delicate. Dill Bouquet is surprisingly compact, making it ideal for container growing.

Dwarf Bean : Borlotto

An attractive and versatile bean that can be used as a green bean when young and tender, or dried for haricot beans.

The mature, red mottled, flat pods contain large beans ideal for adding to a variety of Italian dishes and minestrone soup.

Dwarf Bean : Boston

Heavy cropping, dark green, straight, round pods 15cm (6 inches) long on sturdy upright plants, over a long period. Excellent flavour and good pod colour; ideal for freezing. Height 45cm (18 inch) sturdy upright plants. Prefers rich, moist soil in an open sunny situation.

Dwarf Bean : Cantare - Duchy Originals

High yielding variety with dark green pods. Pods grow to around 11cm in length. Good disease resistance.

Dwarf Bean : Concador

This compact and disease-resistant bean is ideal for use in containers. The slender, straight, attractive, pale yellow pods of Dwarf Bean Concador are produced over a long picking period. Growing to about 12cm (5in) long, the pods are flavoursome and easy to pick. Resistant to bean common mosaic virus, anthracnose and halo blight.

Dwarf Bean : Delinel

An outstanding variety for both crop and flavour. A 'filet' type with 15cm (6in) mid green, stringless pencil pods 8mm (1/3in) diameter. Delinel Bean seeds in the RHS Vegetable Collection have outstanding crops, and a long season if picked regularly. Bean Common Mosaic Virus and Anthracnose resistance. Black seeded variety. Dwarf Bean : Golden Teepee

Attractive, golden-yellow pencil pods of excellent flavour contrast with the dark green leaves. The stringless pods are held high up on the plants for ease of picking, so are less prone to disease and rotting from soil splash.

Dwarf Bean : Maxi - Duchy Originals

Quick maturing crops of pods which form above the leaves for easier harvesting. Pods grow up to 20cm in length.

Dwarf Bean : Nomad

Bumper crops of straight, stringless, dark-green pencil pods, 12-14cm (5 to 5½ inches) long, of outstanding flavour. Heavy yields can be encouraged if picked regularly. This variety also has resistance against the problems of Common Bean Mosaic Virus and Anthracnose.

Dwarf Bean : Opera

An early maturing Kenyan-type bean which produces heavy crops of slim, dark green 10-12cm (4-5in) stringless pods over a long season. Easy to harvest as the plant has an upright, open habit. Resistant to Halo Blight, Mosaic Virus and Anthracnose, it is the perfect choice for organic gardeners, as Opera has no problems with Botrytis.

Dwarf Bean : Sonesta

Dwarf Bean Sonesta ia an early maturing, waxy yellow beans on compact plants. Pods are slender, straight and stringless reaching up to 13cm (5 inches) long. Early to mature with a long cropping period. Plants are resistant to Common Bean Mosaic Virus and Anthracnose. Seeds are in the RHS Vegetable Collection.

Dwarf Bean : Speedy

Aptly named as one of the quickest beans to produce pods to pick. As well as being very early. Speedy is also very productive. Fleshy, mid-green pods, 13-14cm (5-6in) long. Very early for your first pick of the season.

Dwarf Runner Bean : Hestia

A superb variety with all the best characteristics of modern runner beans, but on dwarf plants. Runner Bean Hestia is early to crop, often before standard types, with a good yield of tasty, long, straight, stringless pods, held above the soil to avoid disease. Dwarf Runner Bean Hestia is ideal for small gardens, large containers and borders where its bicoloured flowers of red and white make an attractive addition.
