TOP TIP! what to do with those green tomatoes?

It's approaching the end of the tomato crop season but you still have unrippended green tomatoes remaining. Picking them and hoping they will rippen-off indoors isn't always best! To encourage the green ones to ripen, remove all the remaining flowers left on your plant. The flowers won't mature into anything at this point but by removing them, your plant will then try its hardest to ripen all existing tomatoes.
