Pot up snapdragon plants using free-draining compost, and grow them on in frost free conditions until large enough to plant outside. Pinch out growing tips while the plants are still small to encourage bushier growth. Once they are well grown, acclimatise antirrhinum plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting outdoors on fertile, free draining soil in a sheltered, sunny position. Antirrhinums particularly dislike wet ground, so improve heavy soil conditions by adding coarse grit or sharp sand prior to planting.
Feed and water regularly until snapdragons are fully established. Deadhead faded antirrhinum flowers frequently throughout summer to encourage more blooms to be produced.

Fantastic long lasting cut flower, September now and still flowering like mad. Fantastic colour range, trouble free, just brilliant. Will buy again next year.

Its mid August and these snapdragons have been flowering their socks off for weeks and weeks with no sign of slowing down. My borders have never looked so colourful for so long with such little maintenance, even through the very hot dry spells this summer. I will definately buy them again next year and would urge others to try them too.
