Middle Eastern hardneck variety from Shvelisi in Georgia with attractive purple striping and a lovely, full-bodied flavour. Lovely choice for baking as it has a lovely creamy texture. Great for garlic bread!

Garlic Scapes (aka Rocamboles). These tender green shoots form at the top of the stiff flower stems of hardneck garlic and are increasingly popular for adding flavour to a wide range of dishes - stir-fries, soups, salads, chopped and sautéed in butter and added to mashed potatoes or omelettes.
