Possibly the most fragrant daffodil ever!
A real garden favourite since its discovery in 1601, the Poet's Narcissus is one of the season's last daffodils to flower, but it's well worth the wait. The extract is used by many perfumers in the Grasse area, the well-known perfume factory region in the hills above the French Riviera.
The snowy white 5cm (2in) flowers of Narcissus Plenus have a truly sensational scent and look stunning in the garden - you can plant them anywhere, they won't mind - as well as in a vase.
