Description

Musa basjoo
One of the most sacred plants from Southern China but tolerant of our British climate. As the stalk grows, tiny 'bananas' may begin to appear. Unfortunately inedible, the 2 inch long bananas contain dozens of small black seeds.

Ideal indoor pot plant. Unlike other bananas, this species is cold hardy in most winter temperatures.
