Squash 'High Sugar Mixed' F1 Hybrid (Winter)

We've brought together some of the best Sweet Dumpling squashes to offer home-growers an attractive mix of fruits to brighten the veg patch and the dinner plate. These four 'high-sugar' varieties have been selected to produce bushy plants and super sweet , 'one meal' sized fruits. Depending on the variety, fruits will range from 500-750g each (1lb-1½ lb). These compact, heavy yielding plants are great for containers as well as veg patches and allotments. Squash High Sugar Mixed F1 contains Harlequin (acorn, cream with green stripes), Celebration (acorn, cream with orange stripes, green flecks), Table Star (acorn, green) Sweet Lightning (dumpling, creamy orange with darker orange stripes). Lettuce 'Stryker'

Lactuca sativa

A dark-green Romaine variety producing large, heavy heads of quality tender leaves on tall upright plants. This strong performer is larger and taller than most Romaine lettuce varieties, with better flavour and disease resistance to boot. We've found Lettuce Stryker to have high tolerance to tip burn and downy mildew. An RHS AGM ensures you can expect vigorous, uniform heads with excellent quality hearts encased in long, slender, succulent outer leaves. Height 40cm (16in). Spread:. 25cm (10in).
