Growing tomatoes in growbags is undoubtedly the best way to grow them, but consistent watering can be a problem, particularly during hot weather.
Not any more - thanks to these handy collars. Simply place the collar around the young tomato plants at the time of planting. Each clear plastic collar will form a reservoir to reduce water run-off, ensuring that your plants are consistently fed and watered, and avoiding inconsistent cropping and damaged fruit.

These really are a must if you grow tomatoes especially in grow bags. Insert the collar into the grow back and it'll sit proud above the grow bag. This allows for really easy watering and feeding straight to the roots, and because the collar is taller you can give the plants more water and feed as the collar acts as a reservoir. My Tomato Plants are HUGE this year and it's all down the the collars as they've helped massively with getting the water and feed to the roots and maintain well fed & watered plants. I've used them with grow bags & pots, and they can be used year after year. Wouldn't be without them.

These have protected my young plants which were being revaged by slugs, lettuces, marigolds, Rudbeckia. They are easy to move around and unobtrusive in this wet weather they have saved a lot of damage
