Hidcote Wind Sculpture

One of our most popular moving garden sculptures, this weather vane-type wind spinner brings a hummingbird to your garden! Made of powder-coated steel with a verdigris finish, the lower ‘sail’ will catch the slightest breeze and begin to move, acting as a weather vane and simultaneously causing the humming bird to spin at the top of the wind sculpture. Adding to the intrigue of this wonderful garden whirligig is the cluster of leaves positioned at the top of the sturdy steel post, which move independently of the other moving parts. Position this delicate piece of kinetic garden art where you can enjoy not only its gently calming movement, but also its magical shadows.
Powder coated steel. Supplied flat-packed. Requires minimal assembly.

Product Dimensions: Height: 180cm, Diameter: 60cm

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS WIND SPINNER :
All our Metal wind spinners are made to stay outside in your garden but if strong winds, gales or snow are forecast we do recommend you take your spinner down & store it indoors.
Due the large size & weight of this spinner, you must make sure the spinner pole is very secure in the ground as strong winds and heavy rain may move the pole in the ground causing it to lean and bend which will damage your pole if just left!
Please make sure you use your own common sense especially if you’re in an exposed spot!

We recommend you check your spinner every week. Check the nuts, bolts, pole & the spinner head and make sure all parts are solid & tight as strong winds may loosen them over time. The spinner & all parts are made from metal and the spinner head & pole are painted & powder coated but like all metal left outside, if water gets in to the metal then it can rust. If you do not want your spinner to age & rust then we recommend cleaning your spinner every month with a quality metal cleaner. Dry completely & then spray it with a waterproof outdoor clear protection varnish.
